You would be reporting directly to the Director of Finance, working closely to grow the client base and expand sales. Ideally you will develop into a Finance Manager role in about six months time (uncapped earning potential).

The role is full time at the office and commission only based.

Duties and key responsibilities include:

- Using our proprietary CRM software to qualify out-bound (and sometimes in-bound) leads via text message templates
- Management of Microsoft Office suite (must be somewhat familiar with MS Office)
- Data entry and management, tracking data, ability to swiftly navigate a computer
- Repetitive tasks which require delicate attention
- Demonstration of customer service skills and professionalism

Preferred:

- 1+ years of Administrative Assistant experience or office work environment
- Process-driven, organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to demonstrate drive and initiative, maintaining confidentiality of private client information
- Ability to pay close attention to detail in situations that require quick response or turn around
- Deliberate and forward-thinking in approaching challenges
- Desire to expand knowledge and continually improve
- Must pass vehicle sales licensing courses (AMVIC and VSA)

**Start and end time flexible - 8 hours per day Monday to Friday.**

**The role is commission based - OTE 4-6k+ per month**.
