Position

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving business results through effective leadership of

their team. The Regional Sales Manager leads with pride the store teams of their region.They are

accountable for all aspects of their region’s performance including: giving outstanding customer

experience, constantly improving performance metrics, developing brand awareness and overseeing new

store openings. The Regional Sales Manager creates a region strategy to support market growth and

manages results, oversees operations and customers flow and facilitates training and development of a

strong sales team. They lead by example, inspire their team and challenge themself on a daily basis.

**Responsibilities**:
Manage customer experience & develop brand awareness
- Practice flawless execution and seek process improvements in order to enhance the customer

experience.
- Oversee all operations and process improvements within the stores
- Responsible for maintaining and enforcing the company’s values throughout his region
- Engage his employees to live the BonLook brand and standards
- Maintain the visual standards of the company
- Influence the organization through ideas and knowledge of our tools and competitors
- Lead all stores openings from recruitment to brand awareness in their market

Lead & develop leaders
- Drive business results through pride and effective people management and initiatives
- Lead, manage, coach and develop store managers
- Lead, manage, coach and develop the Optician Coaches in partnership with the Regional

Optician Advisor
- Lead store visits, assess opportunities and determine action plan to exceed targets
- Recruit and onboard store managers and opticians which will embody our brand’s excellence for

existing stores and potential new ones
- Assess training opportunities during store visits and support store managers in execution of the

training plan
- Create a next in line program for each store
- Support and coach store managers with all conversations including feedback, development plans

and performance management

Manage results and analysis
- Manage region profit & loss and is accountable for stores profitability
- Ensure store managers are engaged on sales targets expectations
- Partner with store managers to elevate sales, key performance indicators and margin
- Utilize all processes and systems to enhance the customer experience and maximize efficiency of

the business
- Responsible for controlling wage costs and all operating costs

**Qualifications**:

- 3 - 5 years multi-store management experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, results-oriented
- Excellent verbal/written communications skills and the ability to influence their team and business

partners at all levels
- Strong knowledge in HR & ability to train and develop store managers to deliver outstanding

client service and drive results
- Proficient in basic computer skills including Windows, Word, Powerpoint and Excel
- Excellent analytical skills
- Abilities to navigate from details to higher level strategies
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Available to travel regularly (Car needed)
