Regional Sales Manager

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead and oversee our sales team in Eastern Region NA. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives. This role requires a combination of leadership, management, and hands-on sales skills to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and maintain excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales agents in the region.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide ongoing coaching, support and training to the agents and customers.
- Collaborate with the internal team to attain company objectives.
- Ensure the agents consistently follows sales processes and best practices.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to the senior management team.
- Build and maintain internal forecast to ensure adequate job lot stock.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 5 years of successful sales management experience (related industry preferred but not essential).
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate agent team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of market trends and competitors in the region.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel within NA as needed.
