**Talent pool Associate role**

Health Standards Organization (HSO) often has openings for talented Associates reporting to Program Managers who share our passion for achieving quality health services for all. **Responsibilities but not limited**:

- Organizing and coordinating internal and external activities within a clearly defined and limited scope.
- Gathering information and providing administrative and client support to teams and business units.
- Performing tasks (e.g., preparing reports) by utilizing clearly defined and established procedures and processes.
- Maintaining efficient and useful record management of business data.
- Working under the direction of your people manager, plan and organize your own time within set schedules and routines.
- Monitoring the progress of tasks and activities and keeping your people manager informed of progress.
- Providing administrative, technical and process support to aid the diverse needs of the teams and business units.
- Gathering information from a variety of sources and analyzing data/information.
- Providing creative and innovative solutions to refine the processes and procedures that you lead and administer.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum two (2) to four (4) years of progressive and varied experience in program administration, communications, client services, or other related fields.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Attention to detail with strong editing skills.
