**The Role**

The Senior Manager of Franchise Operations plays a vital role in advancing the mission of the Franchise Operations team by cultivating strong relationships with franchise owners, understanding their unique goals and challenges, and providing tailored support and resources to drive success. The Senior Manager leverages their expertise and network within the organization to deliver innovative solutions and elevate performance across the franchise network.

**What you'll do**
- Foster strong relationships with franchise owners to drive performance and enhance franchisee satisfaction, aligning with our commitment to exceptional service.
- Cultivate trusted partnerships with external stakeholders to promote adoption of tools and resources that optimize franchise performance.
- Implement Senior Helpers' initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop and execute a strategic portfolio management approach to enhance overall franchise performance through proactive communication and support.
- Utilize data analysis to identify opportunities for revenue growth, performance improvement, and enhanced customer satisfaction.
- Drive retention and development initiatives to maximize franchisee engagement and success.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
- Ensure accountability through thorough documentation, follow-up, and reporting.
- Meet annual service, performance, and KPI goals to drive profitability for Senior Helpers.
- Take ownership of personal and professional development to continually enhance skills and expertise.
- Promote the values and image of Senior Helpers within the franchise network and broader community.
- Responsively address property-specific requests within specified SLAs.

**You'll be successful if you have**
- Ability to thrive in diverse hotel property environments, including multi-level properties and varied weather conditions.
- Flexibility to seamlessly continue work while traveling on behalf of the company, across different time zones and locations.
- Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time with a flexible work schedule.
- Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines, even with extended hours or days as needed.
- Strong prioritization and multitasking skills to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, drive, and lift objects as required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (e.g., Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

**Required Qualifications/Experience**
- 2 to 4 years of progressive experience in a related field, preferably in senior care or corporate management
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience with multi-property management advantageous.
- Industry certifications desirable.
