**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Data entry support to the bookkeeping team.
- Assist with conversion to a paperless office.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall office efficiency.
- Utilize Microsoft 365 tools for document creation, collaboration, and communication within the team.
- Pick up and drop off from client sites in Greater Victoria (km’s reimbursed) and some banking.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong customer support skills with a focus on empathy.
- Familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and/or Sage 50 is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Depending on minimum regular working hours, extended benefits are offered.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 30 per week
