**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a Business Analyst with a system integrations focus who will support our consultants as they guide and assist clients with the planning, design, build, training & implementation of Destiny One software.

**How you'll make an impact**:

- Provide project support to the consultant team across a portfolio of projects, including leading business analysis and discovery with a focus on system integrations.
- Lead the scoping of enterprise-level implementation projects or customer change requests once sufficient product and implementation process knowledge has been acquired.
- Document functional requirements for end-user software and system integrations.
- Researching third-party system integration APIs.
- Review, analyze and evaluate software systems and user needs.
- Document requirements, define scope and objectives and formulate products, features, and processes to satisfy market requirements.
- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
- Author functional specifications.
- Construct workflow charts and diagrams.
- Design low-fidelity UI mock-ups.
- Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements.
- Help lead Agile Development teams for enterprise level accounts, developing and prioritizing user stories in sprints, leading sprint planning sessions and reviews.
- Prepare and deliver customized product training to customer stakeholders, executing and leading train-the-trainer sessions.
- Maintaining an in-depth understanding of Destiny One (and eventually all Modern Campus product lines).
- Play an active role in all phases of our clients’ implementations of the Destiny One software including project initiation, requirements gathering, implementation, training, user acceptance testing and go live planning.
- Triage issues and provide advanced customer support, identifying use cases or change requests where a consultant is required.
- Coordinate activities and work with cross-functional teams such as development, dev-ops, and sales.
- Provide input to the consultant or coordinator to support the creation of status reports (both internal and client facing) and updates to the project plan.
- Provide support to consultants during all project phases and in particular project initiation, onsite client workshops, project management, risk management, change management, delivery, training, and user acceptance testing.
- Play a role in reviewing, updating, and improving our internal documentation, client-facing materials, and project delivery methods.

**What you need to succeed**:

- 2 - 4 years experience of working as a Business Analyst, ideally on enterprise software implementation and system integration projects for a SaaS product in a B2B environment.
- ** Must have **advanced technical abilities in working with APIs and the technologies used (I.e. XML, JSON).
- Ability to effectively multi-task, prioritize, re-prioritize, and think quickly on your feet.
- Experience developing and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Must be an independent, self-motivated, and high energy individual who will take charge and exercise their problem-solving skills.
- Customer Obsession: Strong desire and passion for proactively delivering world class solutions for a client.
- Knowledge or exposure to Agile (Scrum) methodologies and experience writing requirements and user stories.
- “Roll up the sleeves” mentality - proactively identifying areas of need for customers and filling those gaps to ensure project success.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written.
- Attention to details and deadlines; ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Collaboration and Teamwork skills: works with others to deliver results, meaningfully contributing to the team and prioritizing group needs over individual needs.
- Demonstrated aptitude for project management.

**Desired, but not required**:

- Experience working with external clients.
- Knowledge of CSS, HTML, JSP.
- Knowledge of Trello, Visio, Jira, Confluence.
- PMP, Scrum Alliance, or similar certification an asset.
