We're currently recruiting an Administrative Coordinator in Mississauga, Canada to provide direct support to the Executive Director, Breast Cancer Strategy Lead, Oncology Biometrics and Biometrics learning and development lead. We are leading innovations in developing life-saving therapies for cancer patients. This is your chance to help us realize our ambition to discover and deliver next-generation therapies.

**Accountabilities**:
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will manage a highly complex executive calendar, schedule meetings, conference calls, and special events. In addition, you will have the opportunity to support and/or lead site initiatives. You will be responsible for providing exceptional and broad administrative, coordination, and project support. You will handle multi-location domestic and international travel arrangements, and time/expense reports with accuracy and efficiency. You will also produce accurate, properly formatted documents, PowerPoint projects, and reports under normally tight time constraints.

**Essential Skills/Experience**:

- High School diploma/GED
- At least 5 years demonstrated high level administrative support experience including experience of supporting senior leaders.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong writing and communication skills, and the ability to interact confidently with executives and employees at all levels.
- Able to prioritize time sensitive assignments.
- Ability to communicate effectively, in person and in writing.
- Flexible to adapt to ever changing needs and deadlines.
- Ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and discretion
- Ability to coordinate and support events and initiatives
