**Job Title**: Odoo Sales Lead

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Generate new sales leads and manage existing customer accounts
- Develop and maintain an understanding of the Odoo platform and its capabilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored Odoo solutions
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to close
- Collaborate with the project management, and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction
- Own sales KPIs and generate regular analytics

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in Small and Medium Enterprise software sales. (Experience in Odoo platform will get preference)
- Proven track record of closing complex sales deals and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the enterprise software market and the needs of customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to travel as required

**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- TORONTO, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- B2B sales: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in TORONTO, ON
