Join the Canacre team in an exciting role working on leading edge infrastructure projects.

We are technical experts in land, energy, and transportation development delivering accurate, innovative, and agile solutions to our partners. We provide land acquisition, geospatial mapping, data management, web-based GIS, community relations, land feasibility studies, and permitting services. Canacre's clients include developers, large scale service providers, and government entities that are involved in the planning and development of energy projects, rights of way, resources, and infrastructure across Canada and the United States. Canacre works on large-scale wind and solar power projects, high-voltage transmission lines, pipeline projects, municipal roads projects, and groupings of cellular towers and rooftop antennas.

Your role will be to:

- Track, manage and coordinate project documentation.
- Draft and review policies and procedures.
- Support implementation of internal policies and procedures.
- Contract and document management.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to execute project deliverables.
- Oversee project work and ensure compliance company's standards and requirements.
- Research and evaluate data for the development, analysis, interpretation
- Convert raw data into meaningful insights through interactive and easy-to-understand reports.
- Develop, schedule, and publish Power BI reports as per requirements
- Update and maintains documentation, including weekly updates, trackers, plans and reports
- Prepare documentation for active projects.

Qualifications:

- Secondary school diploma or post secondary education in geography, computer science, business management or legal would be considered an asset
- Minimum 3 years industry experience in real estate, project coordination and management or related field
- Experience with Power BI
- Data management and organization
- High level of proficiency in MS Excel
- Critical thinking and analysis
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in land and real estate an asset
- Highly organized
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Able to organize, set priorities and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Strong time management skills and the ability to shift priorities efficiently
