You have a superior understanding of sales techniques and the ability to motivate employees of varying seniority maximizing the sales team’s performance. **Duties and Responsibilities**
As a seasoned sales coach, you will:
- Set learning and financial objectives for the team
- Identify areas of improvement in the sales team
- Monitor sales performance of the team, maximize and help meet sales targets
- Onboard and Train new hires in the sales team
- Identify individual and team training needs
- Organize coaching sessions, develop and update educational materials and training programs (including presentations, sales scripts, case studies, videos, role-playing) to align with the organization’s approach and objectives
- Gather feedback on all training programs from trainees and the leadership team
- Monitor costs of training program
- Maintain a healthy relationship with employees and be approachable with any sales-related issues
- Provide helpful advice in coping with job-related challenges
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and the best practices
- Design and present reports to the Leadership Team
**Job Requirements/Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, Training or relevant field preferred
- 5 years of proven experience as a Sales Coach or similar role
- Training and Development certification preferred
- Proficient with sales procedures and the best practices
- Strong leadership and training skills
- Knowledge of high-performance management methods
- Strong knowledge of training-related software, e-learning platforms and role-playing activities
- Excellent strategic, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superior customer service experience
- A keen eye on details
- Travel-related retail job experience an asset
**Salary and Benefits**:
