**Snap-on Tools of Canada Co., a leading Automotive, Industrial and Diagnostic Tool Company, has the following opening within our Equipment Division**:
**REGIONAL SALES MANAGER**

Based out of Vancouver, Calgary or Edmonton you are responsible for growing the sales and profitability of Canadian Equipment by developing and implementing strategies to maximize Snap-on’s market share. Develop and maintain business relationships with customers at all levels of an organization. Responsible for coaching, leading and developing the Western regional sales team. Develop and measure strategies to drive Equipment sales through all channels. Coordinate activities across Snap-on to improve the company’s position in the undercar Equipment market.
- **Responsibilities**:_

**Sales Management**
- Lead and direct sales and asset management of the Sales in order to maximize sales and profitability
- Develop sales forecasts
- Achieve sales and profitability goals
- Provide direction in areas of sales, collections, promotion planning, asset management profitability and general business operations
- Conduct SM Business reviews
- Monitor performance of the Canadian Regional sales force

**Leadership**
- Align team with business direction and goals
- Influence team members to achieve goals
- Follow through on commitments
- Solve problems and make sound decisions

**People Management**
- Ensure sales team are taking appropriate measures for short and long-term success including: selling the right product mix, adding feet on the street, etc.
- Develop and measure new programs that drive sales growth
- Provide continuous feedback and coaching to develop team members and improve performance
- Train new and existing sales representatives on sales techniques, product, credit programs, computer system operations, cash flow, warranties and replacements, asset management, etc.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Business Diploma is preferred
- Proven sales management experience of at least five years
- Strong field sales experience
- Capital equipment sales background is beneficial
- Accurate forecasting and planning ability
- Exhibits leadership behaviors that show the individual is focused on meeting customer needs, driving solutions, meeting commitments, and building teams.
- Invest approximately 75% of the time in the field
- Computer savvy
- Dedicated to the sale of premium undercar service equipment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
