Strategic Sales creates word of mouth and build brand awareness in communities by sharing our best in the world technical product with key athletic influencers around the world. We build win-win relationships with fitness studios, athletic teams and campus bookstores to create conversation about our product and ultimately drive guests to our vertical channels.

**a day in the life**: what you’ll do
- Responsible for fostering strong relationships and function as a liaison support for Account Managers, Operations, Licensing, Production and Product teams
- Support Account Managers with onboarding and offboarding of partners into and out of the Strategic Sales Program
- Responsible for select order processing and support with inventory management
- Provide administrative & operational support to the Strategic Sales team
- Identify constraints in our processes and work collaboratively to create new efficiencies
- Support the Strategic Sales team in the management and updating of resources and tools as required
- Support the Strategic Sales team in meeting facilitation and capturing actions
- Own and complete additional special projects, duties and assignments as needed

qualifications
- One year + experience within a retail store or customer service centre
- One year + experience in an administration or operations role
- Relevant experience or post-secondary degree in a related field
- Strong time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects within tight deadlines
- Ability to work well as a member on cross-functional teams, holding peers and partners accountable
- Loves to collaborate and support every area of the business with ad hoc projects
- Strong Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) as well as PowerPoint, Smartsheet and SharePoint
- Prepared to challenge the 'status quo,' with an active interest in innovating how we work Excellent written and verbal communication skill
