**True **North Sports + Entertainment is looking for a creative and innovative individual to join our team.**

The **Producer, Digital Content** is responsible for creating best-in-class social media content across team-owned channels with an eye towards maximizing exposure, increasing followers, growing engagement and partnership opportunities through creative, innovative, and well-timed digital content. The position will collaborate with the social team to develop content for team coverage, special events, corporate partnerships, community initiatives, and more. This role will help serve the marketing objective of growing the next generation of Jets fans and generate revenue for the organization through the creation of branded content distributed across our social media.

What to be excited for in this role:

- Shoot and edit videos during Jets games, practices and special events.
- Work with content team to develop best in-class social content.
- Contribute to our behind-the-scenes doc-series.
- Be a crucial part of the traveling content team covering the Jets on the road to keep fans connected.
- Create motion graphics as needed to elevate video content.
- Work to create unique and innovative concepts for each social platform as they relate to game days, non-game days, community events, press conferences and offseason strategies.
- Works closely with teams across the organization such as production, graphic design, marketing, to generate content that helps achieve TNSE organizational priorities.
- Checks all content for accuracy before completing.
- Other duties as assigned.

What we need from you:

- 2 -3 years of experience with shooting and editing in a professional work environment.
- Proven storytelling ability.
- Proven experience creating content for social channels (personal or professional).
- Sports experience is a plus but not required.
- Comfortable operating and shooting with Sony cameras a plus.
- Behind the scenes/doc style experience a plus.
- Professional travel experience a plus.
- High proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Comprehensive understanding of editing processes, A/V formats, and compression.
- Experience editing in a team environment.
- General understanding of hockey and the NHL.
- Possess a passion for social media, emerging media and using it to deliver content and engage fans.
- Flexibility to work long hours, evenings, weekends as necessary.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with superior attention to detail.
- Must be able to stand for a long period of time and navigate Canada Life Centre on game days.
- Project a professional image in all interactions with fans, corporate partners and TNSE executives.
