Introduction The Purchasing Clerk will be responsible for such things as processing purchase orders, assisting other staff with ordering, tender related duties, receptionist duties and any additional tasks that may assigned by the Purchasing Manager.
Minimum Requirements Completion of Grade 12-
Additional Assets Recognized business diploma/degree from Community College or University
Knowledge of SAP
Ability to think and work independently while prioritizing the workload
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to combine speed and accuracy while working under pressure to meet deadlines
Demonstrates analytical skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Maintaining accurate records
