We’re currently searching for a seasoned and imaginative** First Cook for our Banquets Department** at **1 Hotel Toronto** that is well-versed in executing menus that taste delicious from the start of the banquet to the very last bite.
Qualifications:
**About you...**:
- Passionate about food and a minimum of 1 year experience in banquets
- A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and execution for a variety of menus.
- Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
- Able and willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
