À propos de ce poste et de vous

Le poste de coordonnateur, Soutien des ventes, consiste à travailler en collaboration avec les directeurs des ventes pour assurer la coordination et l’organisation de l’information et du soutien administratif au groupe des ventes en Amérique du Nord. Une partie du mandat consistera à élaborer des processus pour améliorer l’efficacité tout en aidant le groupe des ventes à communiquer.
- Démontrer des compétences organisationnelles supérieures pour gérer le site SharePoint des ventes et diriger l’élaboration de nouveaux processus.
- Collaborer avec les différents services et coordonner l’information.
- Communiquer efficacement au sein de l’organisation
- Démontrer une connaissance et une expérience de SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM (gestion des relations avec la clientèle), Snowflake.
- Travailler efficacement avec des fonctions telles que les ventes, le marketing, le service juridique.

**Responsabilités**
- Gestion du site SharePoint des ventes : Superviser l’organisation, les mises à jour et le développement du site Sales SharePoint afin de s’assurer qu’il s’agit d’une ressource complète pour l’équipe des ventes nord-américaine, en coordination avec d’autres services et le service juridique pour la base de données des contrats clients.
- Élaboration des processus : Collaborer avec les directeurs des ventes pour identifier, élaborer et mettre en œuvre des processus qui améliorent l’efficience et l’efficacité du groupe des ventes.
- Analyse des ventes et rapports : Aider à la création et à la distribution de rapports et d’analyses sur les ventes, en utilisant des outils tels que SAP, Excel et CRM pour fournir des informations exploitables, ainsi que Snowflake.
- Coordination interfonctionnelle : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec des services tels que le marketing, le service juridique et la chaîne d’approvisionnement afin d’assurer une communication et une coordination transparentes des renseignements dans l’ensemble de l’organisation. Soutenir et maintenir la fonctionnalité de la boîte à outils pour les ventes avec les services interfonctionnels.
- Gestion de la communication : Faciliter une communication efficace au sein de l’équipe des ventes et entre les autres services, en veillant à ce que tous les renseignements pertinents soient transmis avec précision et rapidité.
- Soutien administratif : Fournir un soutien administratif complet aux directeurs des ventes et à l’ensemble de l’équipe des ventes, notamment en planifiant les réunions, en gérant les documents et en s’occupant de la correspondance. Tout en aidant les équipes des ventes à rédiger les lettres des clients, les demandes de prix et les demandes de renseignements. Coordonner les appels de vente mensuels tels que les dîners-conférences et les mises à jour mensuelles des ventes.
- Expertise des systèmes : Utiliser et maintenir la connaissance de SAP, CRM, Excel et PowerPoint pour soutenir les activités de vente, la formation et l’amélioration des processus. Inclure également Snowflake.
- Coordination des données : Coordonner la collecte, l’organisation et la diffusion des données relatives aux ventes afin d’en garantir l’exactitude et l’accessibilité pour la prise de décision des directeurs des ventes.
- Soutien aux projets : Aider à la coordination et à l’exécution de projets spéciaux tels que les ventes aux entreprises et la réunion nationale annuelle des ventes, ou d’initiatives selon les directives des directeurs des ventes, en contribuant à la réussite globale de l’organisation des ventes.
