**Role Overview & Responsibilities**

As a Wholesale Operations and Accounts Manager at Snaxies, you will steer the ship that ensures our wholesale operations sail seamlessly. Your role encompasses a range of responsibilities:

- **Mastering Accounts**: You'll be at the forefront of managing customer accounts, ensuring accurate invoicing and smooth billing that keeps businesses satisfied.
- **Customer Relations Extraordinaire**: Your charm and effective communication will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our valued wholesale clients.
- **Logistics Magician**: Navigating import documentation and compliance will be your forte, guaranteeing that everything moves without a hitch.
- **Fulfillment Virtuoso**: Collaborate with the warehouse team to orchestrate flawless order fulfillment, ensuring our wholesale partners receive timely and precise deliveries.
- **Liaison Luminary**: As the crucial bridge between our customers and the warehouse, you'll resolve inquiries and discrepancies, ensuring an unrivaled customer experience.
- **Inventory Guardian**: Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating supplier orders will be your secret to keeping our offerings fresh and exciting.
- **E-Commerce Maestro**: Utilize the power of Shopify to orchestrate seamless online shopping experiences for our wholesale customers.
- **Admin Extra**: Juggling documents and administrative tasks using PDFs and Microsoft Office will be second nature to you.

**Qualifications**:

- **Language Wizard**: Proficiency in both French and English is your passport to effective customer communication.
- **Business Savvy**: While a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field would be the cherry on top, your skills and experience are what truly matter.
- **Shopify Explorer**: Familiarity with Shopify or similar platforms would set you ahead of the game.
- **Tech Commander**: Command over PDF and Microsoft Office tools is a given.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
