Reporting to the Vice President of Talent, as a Human Resources Manager, you will support our Corporate Head Office division to operationalize and align HR and business strategies, flawlessly execute people initiatives, and enable the business to provide exceptional employee experiences. You will build tools, processes and drive continuous improvement in an environment where your expertise is valued.

This position will be located at our Head Office in Markham, Ontario with flexibility for both remote and in-office work based on our hybrid work model.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provide input to business plans, focused on key people issues, trends, and solutions
- Design, plan and implement HR initiatives and solutions across head office teams
- Coach and develop leaders to deliver people and change management capabilities, including assisting with stakeholder management and communications
- Support workforce planning by proactively identifying people and talent issues and gaps, making recommendations based on people analytics
- Provide advice and intervention on employee relations issues, including workplace investigations
- Partner with centres of expertise to implement new and existing programs and initiatives such as performance management, employee engagement and total rewards

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- University Degree or College Diploma in Human Resources or related filed. CHRP designation is an asset
- Minimum 5 years progressive human resources experience as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or HR Advisor
- Superior customer service mindset
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical
- Able to work independently with limited direction
- Exceptional relationship building, conflict management and communication skills
