Digital Enablement Specialist

At WinField United Canada, we’re all about getting our hands dirty. Combining local understanding and world-class expertise, we provide independent ag retailers and their customers with products and services designed to fit their specific needs. After all, no two seasons, regions, fields, or farmers are identical. And no one knows what an operation needs like those on the ground.

Currently, we are hiring for a:
**Digital Enablement Specialist**

**The Digital Enablement Specialist’s key responsibilities include**:

- Lead the strategy and IT development team to support enhancements to the WinField United Canada website property.
- Lead the development, maintenance, and enhancements of the Customer Portal SharePoint site.
- Renovate and enhance the Internal SharePoint site.
- Quarterback the organization and updating of the Master Address Book.
- Manage the distribution list via MS Office for the WinField United Canada organization.
- Champion for MS Teams utilization and optimization.
- Support digitally enabled retail partners (ATLAS retails) with building eMarketing campaign content where required.
- Support utilization of Allocadia (marketing performance management software) for the marketing team.
- Lead the development of a campaign analytics dashboard for improved impact visibility.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent post-secondary education.
- Minimum 2 years related experience in digital marketing.
- Self-starter, with a sense of humour and strong teaming skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe and Kentico CMS is required.
- Experience working with IT development teams and translating marketing campaigns into strong digital UX.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are necessary.
