**What you’ll be doing**
- Craft (automated) reports that weave together real-time data, forecasts, CRM, and advertising to predict sales and marketing success in an easily digestible spectacle.
- Monitor web analytics like a GA4 pro and point out important trends while dancing to the beat of FFUN Group's goals.
- Use marketing automation, to launch campaigns both online and offline to make magical customer connections.
- Collaborate with operations and tech development teams to boost online brand awareness and drive web traffic on budget and on time.
- Design experiments and conversion tests that take customers on a thrilling journey across multiple channels, optimizing their experience.
- Manage daily digital ad-ventures across multiple channels, Google, Social, OTT, and more, keeping our vendors honest with your know-how.
- Command our performance max placements to follow customers around the web like a loving ex.
- Lead the charge in implementing SEO best practices across our websites, all while keeping an eye on the UX treasure map for opportunities to improve our rankings.

**What you need**
- 3-5+ years of digital marketing experience - more than just running a few ads, tell us all about those successful campaigns you’ve built and analytic tools you’ve used.
- Knowledge in lead generation, nurture programs, scoring models, and database management - if you know how to make leads feel loved, you're our kind of person.
- Minimum 2 years of formal marketing training - a degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or equivalent will do the trick.
- Knowledge of Zapier or similar software to automate repetitive tasks and connect our digital footprint - because who likes doing the same thing over and over?
- Strong analytical skills and mastery of Microsoft Office Suite - Excel wizards, we salute you.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment - juggling flaming torches? We're impressed.
- Previous experience in designing and building Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions or customer journeys is a bonus.
