**Job Description** A Day in the Life**:
Key Accountabilities of the Business Analyst and Project Manager:

- Review the list of user requests captured in the helpdesk systems & schedule meetings with stakeholders to flesh out requirements and details.
- Investigate and prioritize business requests from stakeholders.
- Simplify business requirements for easy analysis.
- Create detailed business needs specifications for the development team.
- Create detailed project plans.
- Communicate with customers.
- Analyze and report relevant data trends.
- Encourage innovation and continuous improvement.
- Promote collaboration and teamwork at all levels.
- Set targets (i.e., production, timelines) and evaluate achievement.

**About the team**:
This position will report to the IT Manager.
**Qualifications** Enough about us, let’s talk about you**:
Required/Minimum Qualifications & Skills:

- Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related filed, or a combination of equivalent education and experience
- Minimum of three years’ experience of system development or similar role
- Project Management Certification or equivalent and experience managing complex projects that have had positive outcomes for IT and to the business.
- Experience in a leadership role
- Valid Driver’s License
- Strong planning, organization, and time management skills
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct a root cause analysis
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Communicate with honesty, kindness and respect
