_Ideal Siding Toronto_is looking for a **Sales Manager** to join our team.

- **What The Role Is All About**:_
- Meetings with potential clients (our office sets up meetings for you, no lead-generation needed);
- Provide clients with samples, catalogs, discuss their needs and possible solutions;
- Maintain a high level of customer service through professionalism, diplomacy, and sensitivity that depicts the company’s values
- Make necessary measurements of the buildings and send the details to the Operations Manager;
- Follow up with customers and manage the database of prospects;
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to discuss the scope of projects, budget, and schedule;
- Coordinate the project delivery and communicate to the office the status of the project and any changes in its scope;
- Ensure that the customer is satisfied with our work during the project implementation;
- Issue invoices and collect payments;
- Feed and update CRM as well other software to keep everything updated;
- Submit reports about the progress of the projects to the upper management.
- **What Are The Qualifications**:_
- A mature and responsible person, eager to grow and develop with us;
- Experience in construction is a need;
- Bachelor’s degree or higher;
- Customer service experience (at least 3 years);
- Sales experience (at least 3 years);
- Reliable car (truck is not a requirement);
- Driver’s license;
- Reliable phone and home workstation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Pay: $50,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
