**The salary range for this position is**:

- **Recruitment range: $64,629 - $67,486** maximum starting salary is determined through knowledge, experience and internal equity.
- **Performance range: starting salary to max of $71,504** is available through annual performance increases.
- Job SummaryThis role provides comprehensive administrative and coordination support for the Office of the President. As an integral member of the team, this position is responsible for providing calendaring and administrative support for the Executive Director, drafting presidential correspondence, coordinating high-level committee meetings, supporting events, supporting financial accounting processes and ensuring efficient office administrative activities. This position also provides support to the President in the Executive Coordinator’s absence. The Administrative Coordinator is part of a team that centres equity, diversity, inclusion, Indigenous rights, an access-centered culture and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals in their work.

**Specialized Knowledge/ Education**:
Secondary school graduation or equivalent and some related post-secondary course work.

**Experience**:
3+ years’ experience working in a professional office environment, preferably within an executive office setting in a large, complex and busy environment. Experience handling enquiries, requests and complaints and working with highly confidential and sensitive materials.
