As a Financial Analyst member of the IS&T Finance and Transformation team, you will be responsible for the financial support of the IS&T teams. In partnership with the Managers, you will have to ensure a rigorous follow-up of the operating and project costs of the departments for which you will be responsible in addition to supporting them in various ad hoc analyses.

**YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO**:
Ensure regular financial monitoring (monthly) and analysis of departmental operating costs.

Ensure the tracking of recurring costs (impacts of projects on operations) and refills associated with Transformation projects.

Participate in month-end activities (commitments, postings, analyses) and forecasting/budgeting/risks and opportunities.

Support Operations Managers with various analyses.

Participate in the monitoring and improvement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and cost drivers.

Perform certain internal controls (SOX) related to commitments and cost capitalization.

Participate in continuous improvement projects.

THIS ROLE IS A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Accounting/Finance).

Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Powerpoint).

One (1) to three (3) years of experience relevant to the position.

Good knowledge of English.

CPA designation would be an asset.

Knowledge of SAP would be an asset.

Excellent prioritization skills and ability to work in a team.

The willingness to strive for continuous improvement in the performance of your duties.

Attention to detail and thoroughness.

Autonomy.

This position will be based in Valcourt, Sherbrooke or Montreal.
