Nous sommes à la recherche d’une ou d’un analyste pour notre équipe de rapports externes et de consolidation qui sera au cœur de la fonction de consolidation et assistera l’analyste principal et le gestionnaire dans la préparation des informations financières internes consolidées mensuelles et des analyses correspondantes. Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous collaborerez étroitement avec les équipes comptables des divisions de différents endroits du monde ainsi qu’avec les services fiscaux, les services de comptabilité et d’audit et les services de trésorerie.

VOUS AUREZ L'OCCASION DE :

  • Effectuer le processus de consolidation mensuel et trimestriel sous la supervision de l’analyste principal, y compris la préparation des états financiers consolidés internes.
  • Préparer les écritures de journal et les analyses correspondantes afin de garantir la consolidation complète et précise des transactions intersociétés.
  • Enregistrer des écritures de journal sur divers sujets de comptabilité d’entreprise (capital social, dividendes, rémunération fondée sur des actions, transaction sur devises, immobilisations incorporelles et perte de valeur).
  • Effectuer des analyses ad hoc pour assurer l’amélioration continue de la fonction de consolidation et l’optimisation des systèmes de l’entité.
  • Contribuer à la préparation des états financiers consolidés externes et du MDA, notamment en ce qui concerne les informations à fournir et les éléments normalisés.
  • Veiller à la conformité de la comptabilité, des rapports financiers et des divulgations selon les normes IFRS (Normes internationales d’information financière) ainsi qu’à la conformité des processus sous-jacents aux exigences de contrôle interne (SOX).
  • Répondre aux questions des auditeurs et des réviseurs internes.

VOUS VOUS ÉPANOUIREZ DANS CE RÔLE SI VOUS AVEZ LES COMPÉTENCES ET QUALITÉS SUIVANTES :

  • Expérience pertinente d’au moins 3 ans.
  • Titre CPA ou candidat CPA requis.
  • Connaissance des normes comptables et des exigences réglementaires applicables aux entreprises publiques.
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint et Word.
  • Expertise en matière d’applications (souhaitable) : Blackline, SAP et Controller.
  • Intérêt pour l’utilisation et l’apprentissage de logiciels financiers.
  • Grande attention aux détails et à la précision.
  • État d’esprit d’amélioration continue.
  • Capacité à collaborer avec plusieurs parties prenantes.
  • Capacité à définir des échéanciers dans un environnement dynamique.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite.
