**Position Summary**:
Reporting to the Manager of Environmental Services, the Environmental Services Coordinator provides administrative assistance in support of all activities undertaken by the Environmental Services division. The position participates in the collection and management of relevant data including water meter readings, vendor files, training records, Drinking Water Quality Management System (DWQMS) records, and asset information records. The Environmental Services Coordinator will maintain the various software databases and electronic files related to their duties, as well coordinate matters related to environmental services ratepayers.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2-year post-secondary diploma in Office Administration or similar program
- One (1) to two (2) years’ experience in office administration and procedures related to purchasing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and report generation
- Experience in the environmental services field considered an asset
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate courteously and effectively, both orally and in writing, with all levels of staff, elected officials, consultants, contractors and the general public
- Ability to use computers and related software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, maintenance management work order system, and administrative systems
- Understands and ensures compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act, Regulations, and any Municipality policies and procedures
- Must have a valid class “G” Ontario Driver’s licence with a satisfactory driver’s abstract
- A satisfactory Criminal Record Check prior to starting employment

**Compensation**:
Wage: Band 3 - $47,411.00 - $59,259.20

Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package and participation in the OMERS pension plan
