Bio-Rad Laboratories Canada est à la recherche d’un** spécialiste du support technique** pour son bureau de Montréal. Dans ce rôle, vous devrez gérer les appels entrants d'une file d'attente téléphonique ainsi que les courriels entrants des clients demandant de l'aide sur nos produits. Vous serez la première ligne de contact et devrez aider nos clients avec leurs questions et préoccupations. Vous utiliserez ensuite les outils fournis ainsi que les ressources à votre disposition pour garantir une résolution rapide. Toutes vos interactions doivent être documentées conformément aux réglementations ISO.

**Comment vous aurez un impact**:

- Chargé d’assistance téléphonique à distance de produits de diagnostic Bio-Rad aux clients internes et externes, partout au Canada et de documenté les plaintes des clients.
- Dépanner, vérifier et résoudre les problèmes d’instruments, de logiciels et d’immunohématologie.
- Travailler au sein d’un environnement d’équipe et approfondir certaines questions non résolues.
- Communiquer avec les utilisateurs et les garder informés des progrès de l'investigation.
- Responsable de la réputation de service de l'entreprise, s'entretient quotidiennement avec les clients et/ou les représentants commerciaux et les filiales. Capable de répondre à leurs besoins rapidement et avec
- Effectuer d’autres tâches déterminées par la direction.

**Ce que vous apportez**:

- Compétences fortes de communication orale et écrite en français et en anglais avec la capacité d’interagir à tous les niveaux.
- Bonne gestion de temps et compétences organisationnelles avec la capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches.
- Diplôme universitaire ou cégep avec 3 ans ou plus d'expérience dans le domaine des tests et de l'étude des anticorps ou des groupes sanguins dans un laboratoire clinique.
- Capable d'analyser les données et de déterminer les actions correctives appropriées.
- Dois connaitre les bonnes pratiques de laboratoire et les exigences ISO.
- Toute certification AABB ou similaire serait considérée comme un atout.

- Troubleshoot, test and resolve instrument, software and immunohematology issues.
- Responsible for the service reputation of company, speaks daily with customers and/or Sales Representatives, and subsidiaries. Capable of responding to their needs promptly and professionally.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills both in French and English.
- University or CEGEP degree with 3 or more years related experience testing and investigating antibodies or blood groups in a clinical laboratory.
- Able to analyze data and to determine appropriate corrective actions.
- Must be aware of Good Laboratory Practices and ISO requirements.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels.
