We’re seeking motivated individuals to join our sales team as Account Executives.
**Position Overview**
As an Account Executive at Discover Capital, you will play a pivotal role in connecting small businesses with tailored financing solutions. Leveraging warm leads generated by our marketing team and setters, you will focus on closing deals, building client relationships, and maximizing your earning potential. This is a commission-based role with **uncapped earning opportunities** and a compensation structure that rewards high performance.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Engage with warm leads provided by our marketing team and setters.
- Educate clients about merchant cash advances and how they can support their business needs.
- Guide clients through the funding process, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in sales, finance, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Basic understanding of financial products or a willingness to learn.
- Proficient in CRM systems and sales tools (training provided).
**Earning Potential**
Top-performing Account Executives can earn **$10,000+ per month**. Average performers can expect to earn **$4,000-$6,000 per month**, depending on funded volume and deal size.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
