Duties include, but are not limited to:

- **Shutter Fabrication**: Receive project order forms. Utilize various tools and machinery to fabricate security shutter units according to provided specifications. Attention to detail is crucial. Assemble security shutters by combining fabricated components to create finished products.
- **Material Handling**:Safely handle and transport equipment, tools, and materials required for building, and ensure proper storage of materials and tools at the shop.
- **Customer Interaction**: Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing any questions or concerns and providing information on the operation and maintenance of the installed shutters. We take pride in educating our customers on the services we offer.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify and resolve any challenges or issues that may arise during the build process.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to safety regulations and best practices, ensuring a safe work environment for yourself and colleagues.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain accurate records of materials and components used in the fabrication process and assist in ordering supplies when necessary.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production processes and timely order fulfilment.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience with assembly or fabrication. Carpentry/contracting experience would be an asset. Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment. A similar role is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements and installation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- A passion and drive to growth, independently and within the company.
- Customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and at heights (rarely) when required (training will be provided)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

**Salary**: From $22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
