**About the position**

We’re looking for an Employee Experience Advisor, Intact Lab to join our growing team

You are an extremely organized person, autonomous, quick to execute, resourceful, able to work in a team while respecting deadlines. You like to laugh, don't take yourself too seriously and have an interest in the digital world
- Responsible for the successful planning of Intact Lab events, visits celebrations etc. from start to finish.
- Responsible for the successful planning of special activities for employees such as holiday parties, conferences, in-office, and offsite events for employees of the Intact Lab.
- You will be the facilitator of several committees to support positive employee engagement and maximize employee experience at the Intact Lab.
- You will be required to be on-site for all major events in Montreal office.
- Ensure an unparalleled welcome for visitors to the Intact Lab.
- Support initiatives that enrich the culture of the Lab, which stimulate engagement and make us a destination for talent.
- Integral part of the Lab's Employee Experience team and work in collaboration with other team members (Advisors, Lab Experience and Coordinators).
- Be the replacement for the other Employee Experience Advisor of the Lab during holidays or absences.

Location(s): Montreal

This role is hybrid however regular attendance to support in-person events at the office will be required.

**What you bring to the table**:

- At least 3-5 years of experience in event planning
- Innovation and creativity highly valued as well as the ability to work in a hybrid environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Capability to work autonomously when required, and also as a member of the team in a fast-paced environment, while balance competing priorities
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to mange competing priorities in tandem
- Proficiency in MS Office suite of tools
- Knowledge of current trends in Web communication, digital tools and the use of multimedia, an asset
- Knowledge of the insurance industry is an asset
