Your future duties and responsibilities
You will help people and make a difference. You will bring a human touch to the relationship between clients and the company and you will be their trusted advisor. On a typical day, you will:

- Respond to and guide clients on the use of scheduling and time and attendance management modules;
- Analyze and validate client needs and ensure necessary follow-up;
- Propose optimal solutions adapted to the business context;
- Perform tests to ensure quality and follow current ISO process;
- Ensure the dates agreed to with clients are met;
- Work with their colleges to share work and knowledge;
- Develop a relationship of trust with the client;
- Perform administrative tasks such as invoicing, portal access, documentation, follow-up, etc.;
- Work closely with other sectors.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- College diploma (DEC) in administration or any other combination of relevant or equivalent education and experience;
- A minimum of 3 years of time management experience;
- Experience in needs analysis;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Analytical, synthesis and planning skills;
- Good management of priorities and time;
- Teamwork and communication skills;
- Ability to work with Microsoft® Office tools
- National Payroll Institute (NPI) certification (an asset);
- Customer service experience (an asset);
- Excellent verbal and written English and French (essential).
