Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns
- Identify new business opportunities and work towards expanding the client base
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to develop effective sales strategies
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products/services
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to provide insights on performance and potential growth areas

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in account management or business development
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent analytical skills to assess market trends and identify opportunities
- Proficiency in CRM software for managing customer relationships
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills to build rapport with clients
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Minimum of 2 sales years experience required

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
