Grow Team Member

We are seeking a Grow Team Member who will be responsible for ensuring the responsible care of the plant at all cycles of its growth. Reporting to a team of Grow Managers, the Grow Team Member will be involved in many aspects of growing, from propagation, vegetation, flowering and harvesting.

Responsibilities Include:

- Maintaining the health of all plants at the facility, in respect of manager’s request.
- Pruning and deleafing all stages of the plants on a regular basis.
- Maintaining proper security and sanitation protocols put in place at the facility.
- Transplanting of clones and vegetative plants.
- Maintaining facility cleanliness and organization.
- Strictly follow all internal SOPs and health and safety regulations.
- Cutting clones (propagating) to meet production requirements as instructed.
- Aiding in proper disposal and denaturing of plant waste.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by Management.

- Physical aptitude to maintain plant health for a shift of 8-10 hours consistently and lift 50 pounds
- Contribute positively to the good vibes and collaborative nature of our team

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
