The **Dealer Development Manager, Retail** offer support in various operational initiatives in order to implement the operational standard in retail branches. He/she must support the Branch Managers as well as the teams in place with respect to the operating systems, the sales strategies of new tires and mechanical packages as well as in the administrative management of the retail branches in order to achieve the strategic objectives of the network.

**Assigned responsibilities**
- Ensure the implementation of the sales strategy of new tires and the management of an ideal product package;
- Ensure the implementation of various tactics in order to optimize appointment grids for the sale of new tires;
1. Control and track the volume of appointments;
2. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the installation process;
- Update installation packages and service offers in the sale of new tires;
- Ensure the implementation of the sales strategy of the mechanical department;
1. Revise labour imputation rates by type of service rendered;
2. Review sales packages;
3. Revise the hourly rates for the various mechanical services
- Control part margins;
1. Review the various non-tire supplier agreements;
2. Review margin calculation strategies.
- Ensure the implementation and follow-up of signage, merchandising and in-store demonstrators (POS) while respecting the guidelines established by the Marketing team and the network's objectives.
- Implement a system to control the productivity and efficiency of the mechanical workforce;
- Monitor the financial performance of the branches on a monthly basis in relation to the budget;
- Review performance management tools;
1. Be present at weekly sales meetings;
2. Review sales targets;
3. Offer possible solutions in line with financial objectives;
- Act as a leader and coach to Branch Managers in order to improve performance and promote continuous development;
- Promote and share the company's strategic directions, mission and values with employees;
- All other related tasks.

**Success factors**
- Technical background: Your three to five years of experience in a branch operations and financial management role, combined with a university degree in administration, has provided you with a solid professional background and has allowed you to acquire solid credibility in the field.
- Passionate about the field, you will be able to ensure the operational and strategic support of several branches while focusing on the satisfaction and needs of our customers;
- Leadership: You have an ability to mobilize teams in order to achieve the desired objectives. You are an ambassador of good practices and encourage the sharing of knowledge and experience;
- Problem solving: You are able to analyze situations and make clear diagnoses. You orient your solutions towards the strategic objectives of the company and the optimization of working methods within the branches.
- Business Partner: You believe in the importance of building relationships on solid foundations and always opt for a collaborative approach. You inspire confidence and offer a personalized approach adapted to the needs of branches, in addition to offering the tools necessary for them to achieve the set objectives;
- Critical Thinking: You analyze all situations and enjoy solving problems. You are able to approach situations and your critical thinking skills allow you to analyze best practices. You make the necessary adjustments to go beyond the goals of the network.
