Air Canada est à la recherche d'une personne d'expérience pour occuper des fonctions de professionnel des activités de marketing, afin de superviser la définition, la livraison et le maintien de nos processus marketing et des outils associés, plus précisément notre plateforme de gestion des ressources en marketing. La personne retenue sera responsable de travailler de concert avec les différentes équipes internes et externes afin de recueillir les exigences commerciales et de concevoir des processus améliorés dans le but de simplifier la livraison des campagnes de marketing contribuant à créer de la valeur pour les clients et à soutenir les objectifs de revenus de la Société. Ce rôle est tout désigné pour une personne proactive qui a le sens de l'organisation et qui possède des aptitudes aux relations interpersonnelles, tout en ayant une solide expérience de travail dans une grande entreprise et un service de marketing multicanaux, et qui souhaite laisser sa marque par le biais des communications marketing.

**Principales fonctions**
- Être responsable de la définition, du maintien et de l'amélioration des processus opérationnels de notre équipe de marketing (plus de 300 personnes), ce qui comprend la définition des processus et de la matrice RACI, la documentation, la communication et la formation.
- Tirer parti de relations solides et de l'expertise technique pour comprendre les inefficacités ou les lacunes des processus existants, utiliser des compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes pour concevoir une solution permettant de combler ces lacunes, puis utiliser des compétences en matière d'influence pour s'assurer que toutes les parties prenantes sont d'accord avec la solution proposée.
- Être responsable de l'élaboration et de la mise en œuvre des activités de gestion du changement et de communication pour les processus marketing. Communiquer efficacement avec les parties prenantes internes et les fournisseurs externes pour s'assurer que tous les processus, procédures et améliorations sont communiqués et clairement compris.
- Prendre en charge la formation sur les processus marketing à l'échelle de la direction (pour l'équipe existante) et l'intégration (pour les nouveaux arrivants) afin de fournir des détails et des conseils sur les meilleures pratiques à suivre.
- Gérer les projets liés aux processus marketing qui nécessitent la contribution et la représentation de plusieurs sous-équipes au sein du marketing, en veillant à ce que toutes les exigences soient recueillies et que la solution soit acceptée par tous les secteurs qui seront touchés (p. ex., améliorer la vitesse de livraison des campagnes, créer des modèles de ressources en marketing, améliorer la gouvernance de l'assurance de la qualité).
- Diriger des forums réguliers de priorisation du marketing pour s'assurer que les activités de marketing planifiées sont harmonisées avec les priorités de l'entreprise et les besoins des clients.
- Collaborer avec l'ensemble de l'équipe d'exécution du marketing pour obtenir une rétroaction dans le cadre d'un système d'amélioration continue en ce qui a trait aux processus, à la formation et aux conseils. Cela consiste plus précisément à recueillir et à documenter la rétroaction, puis à effectuer la mise œuvre de manière diligente, s'il y a lieu.
- Se tenir au courant des normes de l'industrie du marketing tout en s'assurant que les processus d'Air Canada sont à la fine pointe de ces normes et des nouvelles tendances.

**Qualifications**
- Baccalauréat en commerce ou en marketing, de préférence
- Au moins six ans d'expérience de travail dans les activités de marketing ou au sein d'une grande entreprise, dans un service de marketing multicanaux, ainsi qu'une excellente connaissance des campagnes de marketing de bout en bout et des processus d'exécution des canaux (en particulier le courrier électronique, le contenu promotionnel de site Web et les solutions numériques achetées)
- Solide compréhension de l'écosystème de technologies de marketing nécessaire pour la réalisation de campagnes multicanaux
- Connaissance des plateformes de gestion des ressources de marketing (p. ex., Brandmaker, Aprimo, Adobe Workfront, Unica plan, IBM Marketing Operations), un atout important
- Expérience dans un rôle de supervision dans le cadre de projets qui nécessitent de recueillir des exigences détaillées et d'établir des relations à l'échelle de nombreuses équipes
- Expérience de travail au sein d'une société aérienne, ainsi que dans le secteur du voyage et du commerce de détail
