Children Believe is currently recruiting for the following position:
**Campaign Manager**

The role reports to the Director, Donor Engagement with a focus on supporting donor engagement and fundraising campaigns to enhance and enrich the relationship between donors and Children Believe. The manager will lead in the development of a mix of donor engagement and fundraising strategies to generate and upgrade donor giving intentions. Leading the development and execution of the annual direct marketing plan, you will lead your area in all tactical areas of donor conversion, upgrade and retention. You will also help to ensure all donor-facing materials are designed for effective fundraising and donor cultivation to ensure the highest donor impact and giving while maintaining existing revenue goals.

**This role includes, but is not limited to**:
Campaign Management - 40%
- Leading and working collaboratively with other department managers and staff deliver direct marketing plans and campaigns that compliment other efforts.
- Develop campaign lifecycles from project briefing, data management, internal approval process to production, to ensure campaigns are; timely, relevant and in alignment with the organizational goals
- Manage detailed critical paths and ensure on-time execution of direct mail fundraising campaigns
- Collaborate with in house digital team on innovative digital initiatives that help maximize contributions and build engagement within the donor base
- Ensure timely monitoring and reporting of direct mail fundraising campaign results, identifying issues and solutions as appropriate
- Identify new opportunities to improve results, or for testing, and stay in tune with new and emerging channels and strategies
- Collaborate across the organization to foster integration between all departments
- Develops and manages project briefs and critical paths for donor facing campaigns including; direct response, e-blasts and telemarketing.
- Assist with telemarketing campaigns and other direct response tactics as required.
- Coordinates the seed tracking system.
- Effectively communicates and/or presents results and recommendations based on analysis of donor engagement campaigns and other special projects.

Campaign data analytics - 40%
- Manage successful implementation, monitoring, and data integrity for the evaluation and analysis of all fundraising programs.
- Perform analytical functions to support the decision-making processes and strategic direction of the Fund Development and Communications team. This includes monthly reporting, campaign analysis, extraction of relevant data as necessary and involvement in special projects to provide supporter-centric insight.
- Work with internal stakeholder, fulfilling informational needs by interpreting requests and running queries against the supporter database to provide relevant and timely data.
- Ensure the integrity of organization-wide supporter data and safeguarding of sensitive information.
- Effectively communicates and/or present results and recommendations based on analysis of fundraising campaigns and other special projects.
- Lead data requirements and process change requirements for data tracking tagging, reporting and analysis in support of sub-strategies and corporate KPIs.
- Develop, manage and enhance KPI dashboard reporting capabilities across channels and or audiences (cost per acquisition/ cost per conversion etc. / new supporter stats. / LNDB data models for Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors
- Research and provide best practice & business intelligence in support of business objectives.

Leadership & Staff Development - 10%
- Lead, motivate and support the Project Coordinator.
- Articulate expectations by setting goals and monitoring to ensure the results are achieved.
- Support stakeholders in departmental planning and initiatives.
- Conduct regular campaign meetings to keep managers connected to the bigger picture and to share learning.
- Conducting regular one-on-ones with staff to focus on building skill set and individual coaching.

Vendor Management - 5%
- Responsible for sourcing and managing vendors.
- Working with the Director, Donor Engagement, collaborate and finalize contract negotiations.
- Work with finance to ensure vendors are paid on-time.

Budgeting & Forecasting - 5%
- Responsible for managing expense budgets
