We are currently seeking a Project Manager for our multi residential division.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for project life cycle from start to finish including o Preinspection of new work o Site quantifications o Participate in creating budgets o Project Set up o Quality Control o Final Sign off
- Identify all deficiencies, review with trades and ensure all deficiencies are corrected and proper back charges are applied
- Subcontractor Liaison
- Assist with project assignment
- Source new materials/suppliers
- File updates and reports
- Ensuring all material deliveries are completed on time - assist with deliveries if required
- Change order management
- Client relations
- Business Development

**Qualifications**
- 3-5 Years of Project Management experience - multi residential **is a MUST**:

- Excellent relationship building
- Strong Analysis & Critical thinker
- High Attention to Detail
- Sense of Urgency for each project
- Personable and ready to take action
- Excellent computer skills - MS office, Google etc.
- Strong Technical background
- Knowledge of plumbing and electrical requirements
- Exemplary leadership qualities
- Organized and detailed oriented
- Ability to work independently and as a team

**Must have**
- Own Vehicle/Reliable transportation
- Great Command of English Language both verbal and written
- 3-5 Years of Project Manager experience
