**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in project team development, capacity planning and resource allocation reports
- Build and maintain project plans while prioritizing by value
- Lead communications with all stakeholders on project progress, risks and issues as scope and requirements evolve.
- Manage project budgets and maintaining targets
- Ensure projects employ best practices, tools, and disciplines, in alignment with governance requirements
- Ensure clear understanding for all stakeholders on requirements, scope, timeline, budget
- Manage resource requirements throughout the duration of the project
- Develop long-term project team relationships through excellent communication, motivation and coaching
- Ensure quality of deliverables meets customer expectations.
- Manage defects and change requests, to ensure client satisfaction.

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- BA or BS and equivalent experience is required Project Management Certification is an asset (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, etc)
- 3-5 years project experience with medium to large scale projects and budgets in IT/Software Experience within a boutique consulting firm/ startup technology company is a plus; versatility and enthusiasm for growth are critical
- Prior experience with enterprise-level data analytics, quality or governance projects is an asset Strong understanding of data management and analytics is an asset
- Strong analytical, planning, budget tracking and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Experience interacting with both business and IT departments, including the executive level Creative approach to problem-solving

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $90,000.00 per year
