Project Manager - HRMS (Dayforce, Oracle HCM, Kronos, UKG, Successfactors)

Location: Hybrid – Any where in Canada

Our client is seeking an experienced HRMS Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of HCM implementation and optimization projects. This role requires strong project management expertise, stakeholder engagement, and knowledge of HRMS modules (HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for Dayforce implementations.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.
  • Lead system configuration, testing (UAT), deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with HR and payroll regulations.
  • Provide training, change management, and ongoing system enhancements.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 10+ yrs of project management experience
  • 5+ years of project management experience in HCM/HRIS implementations (preferably Dayforce or Oracle HCM or Kronos or UKG or Successfactors).
  • Strong knowledge of HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Workforce Management.
  • Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).

Preferred:

  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2 certification.
