**Job Title: Office Administrator**

**About Our Company**
L.I.T First Aid and Lifeguard Training provides specialized recreation and first aid training throughout British Columbia. Operating since 1993 the company offers over 1500 courses per year in various recreation facilities located throughout the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley. The company is experiencing strong growth in its primary divisions of Lifeguard Instructor and First Aid Training.

**Job Profile**

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinating instructors for upcoming courses ensuring rosters, supplies and registration is prepared for in advance of the start date
- Educating customers on course offering and how they can achieve their career goals
- Helping to develop inventory management and supply controls to properly track all course materials and equipment
- Collaborate with operation and office admin personnel on implementing and continually refining internal company processes, including introducing 3rd party tools/software
- Learn, update and improve the company operations manual and company policies handbook.
- Frontline support in daily operations.
- 4 hour Saturday shift would be required.

**It Would Be An Asset To Have**:

- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail
- Strong computer skills including MS office products
- First-Aid certifications or emergency preparedness experience

**Salary**: $42,000.00-$48,000.00 per year

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

- Day Shift (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Surrey, BC V4N 1B4
