**Here's What’s on Your Horizon**
- Ensure compliance and efficiency in employee contract management for academic and support staff, adhering to Seneca’s standards, policies, collective agreements and legal requirements.
- Spearhead dynamic onboarding processes, setting up new hires and managing employee data changes with precision and efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain precise HR system data, rectifying discrepancies promptly for operational excellence.
- Generate accurate employee data reports, facilitating seamless communication with managers and supporting the creation of insightful user reports.
- Collaborate closely with Centers of Expertise on new initiatives, providing valuable insights for process optimization.
- Spearhead automated methods for large-scale system updates, leveraging HR Technology expertise.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to tackle and resolve issues.

**Are You Our Ideal HR Data Analyst?**

Step into this position with at least 1 year of experience in HR Systems, Technology, or related fields. Demonstrate your expertise in processing employee contracts, managing timesheets and payroll data, handling software requests while ensuring compliance, overseeing employee life cycle events, conducting record audits, generating accurate reports, driving process improvement initiatives and fostering collaboration for efficient system updates and issue resolution.Additionally, ensure you hold a Post Secondary Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or any another related field. Equivalent combinations of training and experience to also be considered.
