**Contract Duration**:8 weeks, 35 hours per week***

This job is funded by The Government of Canada through the Canada Summer Jobs program.

**ROLE SUMMARY**:
Right To Play is looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, self-motived individual who wants to learn about
the not-for-profit space. You will assist the Marketing &Communications Officer and Stewardship & Events
Coordinator in providing MarComms and event planning support for RTP's CNO (Canadian National
Office.) This will include various duties such as: Assisting with development and creation of written and
multimedia content for a variety of purposes and channels such as newsletters, donor communications,
website, social media, and support for signature events, including a cycling Gran Fondo, Golf Tournament
and annual Heroes Gala.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:
**Job Responsibility #1: Marketing & Communications Assistance (30% of Time)**:

- Assist with social media posting, content creation and management of platforms and campaigns
- Supporting RTP's efforts to drive awareness of our organization, our mission and acquiring
- supporters and revenue- Writing original content and supporting the editing of digital content and stories in line with our
- strategies- Monitoring and reporting on analytics
- Assist with year-end appeal development, visual assets and content creation

**Job Responsibility #2: Stakeholder Engagement and Event Assistance (30% of Time)**:
