**Overview**

As our Account Manager, you will be responsible for initiating, developing and nurturing the relationships with key accounts and driving sales growth for Frank And Oak. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and growth of the business.

**Key responsibilities**
- Develop relationships with key accounts to ensure brand position and drive sales growth
- Develop and implement account strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Proactively prospect for new business and identify opportunities to expand Frank and Oak's customer base
- Represent Frank and Oak at trade shows and other industry events to generate leads and build relationships with potential customers
- Coordinate and schedule showroom appointments with key accounts and buyers, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience that aligns with Frank and Oak's brand values
- Develop and deliver training programs for store staff, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively sell Frank and Oak's products and communicate the brand's values to customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment on business priorities and execution of account plans
- Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for growth
- Negotiate and manage contracts, pricing, and terms with key accounts
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market insights to inform account strategies and tactics
- Provide excellent customer service and support to key accounts, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
- Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets for assigned accounts

**Who you are**
- A genuinely nice human being
- 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably in the clothing or fashion industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the demonstrated ability to build relationships
- Ability to think strategically and develop account plans to achieve business objectives
- Experience negotiating and managing contracts, pricing, and terms
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and B2B plateform (Nuorder, JOOR) other data analysis tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of sustainable fashion and experience working with sustainable brands is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
