**The Role**

The applicant will be required to work with a Project Manager or lead small projects related to business, product, and technical departments. They will facilitate with stakeholders and track tasks. The applicant will be required follow up on tasks and clearly communicate with project stakeholders and the Business Owners.

Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in a people or task management role.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills
- Experience across multiple business departments
- Strong MS Office Skills
- Post-Secondary Education

Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to working with SDLC
- Ability to function in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
- Experience with Financial systems or Accounting.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensuring project team adheres to provided timelines and deliverables.
- Build out workstreams, task lists and communication dashboards.
- Ability to adopt a consistent learning style and approach to new processes and procedures.
- Assist Project Managers with administrative functions, as necessary
