**Responsibilities**:
**About Us**:
TST-CF express is a division of TFI International Inc., located in Kingston, is currently recruiting for a Dispatch Supervisor.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations in the Linehaul Dispatch Department as well as assist with P&D dispatch duties.
- Planning and forecasting of Dock Workers and Drivers
- Resolve customer concerns in an efficient manner while reducing any service delays
- Review operational efficiencies and effect change as necessary in order to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and cost efficiencies.
- Recommend, implement and maintain performance and productivity measurements
- Communicate professionally with internal and external customers in order to resolve service issues in a timely manner and providing customers with status updates.
- Schedule repairs and maintenance for equipment.
- Ensure Drivers follow Company Safety Policies and Procedures for example: HOS, Transportation of Dangerous Goods, etc
- Completion of daily reports, payroll data entry in UKG
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications include**:

- Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in a transportation dispatch environment
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Customer service oriented
- Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in English (bilingual in French is an asset)
- Computer literate with sound knowledge of Gmail and Excel
- Ability to work flexible hours afternoons, evenings as necessary
- High School or equivalent
- Ministry of Transportation regulations
- Knowledge of Transportation Operating Systems.
