This position calls for accuracy and attention to detail to exceed our ‘Business-to-Business’ customer expectations regarding service and order fulfillment.
We strive to ensure the perfect order - right product, right quantities, on time with professional support.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Order Management**:
- Ensure data accuracy with little to no error, correct products, dates, ship from and ship to locations, carriers, quantities, and pricing.
- Send priced confirmations & quotes to customers.
- Prepare customer correspondence, and samples.
- Provide customers with accurate product knowledge and answers as required.
- Obtain product knowledge through training sessions, consulting with Sales Reps, and general research of product literature and websites.
**Shipping & Claims**:
- Prepare freight bills and shipping labels for outbound shipments.
- Ensure accuracy of freight costs for billing purposes.
- Track and trace outbound/inbound shipments as required for Order Status Enquiries.
- Verify and resolve any missed shipments or claims with carriers.
- Handle customer returns - processing paperwork, keeping customer return log up to date, being the liaison between the warehouse, order desk and customer and shipping carriers to resolve any customer return issues.
- Co-ordinate with warehouse staff on all areas relating to order fulfillment timelines, pick-ups etc.
- Preparing all UPC labels.
- Addressing any non-compliance fines received by Dealers.
**REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**:
- Minimum **2-5 years** of Order Desk & Freight Processing.
- College Degree (at minimum) preferred.
- Effective time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
- Attention to detail & accuracy.
- Strong communication skills (English): Written & Verbal.
- Team player that flourishes under direction, as well as working independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.

**Salary**: $48,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
