**Job description**
Our team is looking for individuals highly connected and passionate in the hockey world that are seeking to make a difference with up & coming hockey prospects. Visionary Sports and Development works closely with high potential student athletes from the Bantam ranks right through to the WHL, NCAA & Pro levels. We value creativity, work ethic and big-picture thinking in team members and are working to identify prospective Consultants who can advise athletes & families with detailed knowledge within the hockey world.
Athletic Consultants day to day activities will include:
- Networking and building strong hockey relationships from the minor hockey ranks right through to the WHL, NCAA & U Sports level (with leadership guidance)
- Identifying, researching and recruiting high caliber hockey prospects interested in pursuing Junior or Collegiate hockey
- Effectively onboarding all new clients and working directly with families to provide well-rounded support, guidance and information pertaining to the student athlete's process
- Working hand-in-hand with the Visionary leadership group to create exposure, opportunities and additional experiences for each hockey client
- Organizing and executing team events, camps, ice times, showcases, etc
- Identifying new marketing or business development opportunities for Visionary Sports
