Key Responsibilities:

- Manages full recruitment cycle by partnering with Human Resources and Managers assessing the recruitment needs on an ongoing basis.
- Creates and posts job descriptions on various social media platforms.
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques and strategies to find, connect and recruit top talent.
- going relationship management.
- Coordinate interviews with for hiring managers.
- Has solid understanding of industry trends and provide insight into the competitive landscape
- Has strong knowledge of interview practices and techniques
- Has knowledge of the provincial employment legislation

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience Corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience.
- Strong organizational skills
- Fluent and proficient in English
- Chinese speaking and reading is a distinct advantage, any other knowledge of a Korean or Japanese language is a bonus.
