Corrpro Canada is Canada's largest corrosion engineering, cathodic protection, and corrosion monitoring business for protecting and preserving infrastructure. We provide professional corrosion consulting and cathodic protection engineering services to major oil companies, government agencies, municipal water, sewer and gas utilities, universities, and public transportation agencies. Corrpro Canada has complete construction installation services, including crews and equipment to install any cathodic protection system for any type of structure.

**WHAT YOU’RE RESPONSIBLE FOR**:

- Responsible for efficient and accurate data entry processing of all types of customer orders through various MSA order management systems
- Provide administrative support to Manufacturing operations team
- Responsible for servicing customer calls. Process transactions in all areas of the Oracle JD Edwards order management system. Efficient and effective resolution of customer issues or inquiries. Process credit/re-bills requests, resolve mis-shipments and provide proof of deliveries.
- Review and receive on purchase orders and filing
- Perform various JD Edwards related functions, such as material master, order status/document flow, work order maintenance and check orders for incomplete
- Generate various reports from ERP system (JDE), such as stock report, purchase order report, reorder reports, and negative inventory report
- Ensure all invoicing, work orders and purchase order processing requirements are completed timely. Print reports and match to current period invoicing.
- Provide backup support for receptionist when needed
- Provide backup support to procurement and inventory control functions when needed

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 2 years of experience in a customer service / data entry role
- 2 years of experience with an ERP system such as JDE, SAP, Oracle, MAPICS, required
- Must be proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must have excellent attention to detail
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in high-volume, fast-paced work environment
- Experience listening carefully to customers and seeking to understand customer needs
- Experience prioritizing tasks and completing them in a timely and accurate manner
